Online Personal Training

A Brief Background

 

My name is Asia and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Thank you for your interest in personal training with me! This is the first step in a lifestyle change and I am humbled that you have chosen me to guide you along your journey. 

My current fitness journey started back in early 2020. I have a very athletic background and have always been pretty fit, but after the birth of my second son in 2018 my body had changed COMPLETELY. Walking around with an added 60lbs did not feel good and I decided to make a change. I was able to transform my body by implementing healthy eating habits, consistent weight training and since then I've been able to help women, and some men, reach their fitness and nutrition goals through online and in person training.

One on One In Person Training

One on one personal training clients must live within the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Space is limited so clients will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. By enrolling in one on one training you will receive:

  • 2 or 3 days per week training option
  • 4 week personalized nutrition plan
  • Weekly exercise calendar
  • Monthly assessments to track progress
  • Personal access to me for any questions, concerns and accountability
